Shipping policy
PICKUP:
We offer local pickup in Yukon, OK. If picking up, you will need to notify Madison that you will be picking up and coordinate appropriately. Any requests for pickup will need to be made the night prior, unless it’s for after 530pm. Pickups are under video surveillance at all times, however I am no longer responsible for your package once you have been notified of your pickup and it’s placed. If you schedule a pickup upon notification, I am not responsible for your package beyond that scheduled date.
As of 4/1/21, you will have 7 days to pickup your order from the pickup location. If your order is not picked up in this time frame, we will send you a payment request for the cost of shipping and ship your order to you.
SHIPPING:
*ORDERS DURING HOLIDAY SEASON (MID OCT THROUGH END OF DECEMBER) WILL HAVE A LONGER SHIPPING TIME AND INCREASED RATES DUE TO USPS TURNAROUND AND INCREASES. These are not detailed by MITM, but followed accordingly.*
Please assure that your address is up to date if using PayPal, or you communicate changes to Madison if using any other payment processes. Repeat customers will have items shipped to their last address on record, unless properly updated. MITM is not responsible for purchases shipped to the wrong address if it was the address provided by the purchaser. MITM is not responsible for orders after they are scanned into the UPS or USPS system. All customers will be provided tracking numbers for their orders on the day that the orders are shipped. Shipment updates are provided from USPS and not MITM. If you do have an order that is lost or is not delivered, contact us and we will look into the order but cannot guarantee success in the matter. A case will need to be opened on the package by the purchaser.
