REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Because the majority of our items are customized, all sales are final. If there is a problem with an order, it is your responsibility to contact MITM within 3 days of receiving the item. Item must be in the condition that it was shipped to you. No rips or tears, no makeup stains, no cigarette or any other unnatural smells, no dog hair, etc. and must be returned in original packaging with care instructions and have no trace of detergents. If the issue is determined to be creditable, MITM will then issue store credit for the item that will be documented in our system and can be used on future purchases.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
